Have you ever been to a nut butter shop? I can't say I have, since I don't really even like nuts. But there are many places where it seems like they serve every kind of nut imaginable, including, but not limited to: pistachios, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, and more. What is it about the smell of these nuts that make them irresistible? What does it feel like when you take a bite? How about the fact that they don't use anything by-product of other food animals? I'll admit that I have only ever found nut butters in a grocery store. A quick glance at the shelf suggests that they are a natural product, but a closer look turns up some surprises. For example, all those small boxes of "natural" nuts that you see in grocery stores are nut butters. And the "natural" brands are often nut butter, not nut butters. At my favorite supermarket, all the chips are doused in an almond oil variation (almond oil is a trademarked brand). Buy american dream nut butter or visit this page for healthy nut butters. What is happening here? Are we being lured into a world in which nut butters are more desirable than other nut butter options? I believe that we are, and I would like to explain why. The reason is simple; nut butters have a wonderful aroma, a texture that nut butters almost feel like and a flavor profile that can't be found in other nuts. What does it mean to have an aroma and texture so similar to that of an almond? Well, imagine being able to snack on a nut butter shop right out of your home and having this aroma and texture at your fingertips! There are two things that make it so. One is that nut butters are usually made with nuts that have very high antioxidant content. Another reason that makes them so great is because they are usually infused with oils from various nuts and then dehydrated, which further imparts a wonderful flavor. This allows manufacturers to use less actual nuts in their product, which translates to fewer calories. They can also use less butter, thus reducing the amount of fat in the finished product. By reducing fat, they are able to reduce the saturated fats in their products. What could be better than that? It is important to remember though, that if you decide to go to your local nut butter shop for a proper purchase, you need to make sure that you are buying the highest quality that they have to offer. Even though they may be cheaper, it doesn't mean that you're getting high quality. If you want to get the best nut butters, then you need to shop at a nut butter shop that is one of the top rated, and if possible, one of the most trusted.
